Welcome to Northridge Owners Association. The purpose of this website is to provide information about our neighborhood and subdivision. We've provided a number of resources here to help you answer questions, report items of interest, and suggest improvements to our community.

All meetings of the Northridge Owners Association are open to recognized property owners of the sub-division and other interested parties. Board meeting dates can be obtained from Jeff Kendrick at 936-539-4370. General meetings are generally held once a year and are advertised at the entries to the sub-division.
